Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center Wedding | Madison, WI

Emma and John had a gorgeous lakeside ceremony at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. After their vows and rings were exchanged, we wandered around the square for photos and even convinced John to let the groomsmen throw him up in the air. The Wisconsin State Capitol is always a stunning backdrop on a wedding day or any day really. Emma’s maid of honor’s speech could easily have won her some awards on amateur night at Comedy on State. I remember laughing so hard as she delivered her one-liners with perfect timing. Emma and John quickly got back in the spotlight for their first dance, and then it was time to really celebrate!
